Location Recce
Petrol Station
With the petrol station we found one close by to the college in Henley-On-Thames so we didn’t have to travel that far, easily accessible for whenever filming need to be repeated or the roads need to look similar. It was also a fairly quiet area therefore we had enough time to film all we wanted and didn't feel under pressure to move on quickly, which was important for us, as we needed the realistic effect to remain throughout the whole short film.

Woods
With the woods we went and looked at two different woods. We first went to the woods near Sarah's house, but when we got there, we weren’t that sure with it, for the location was too close to a road and also a Scout hunt, therefore filming may get interupted, as we were going to film more than once in the woods. So we then decided to look at the other woods near by. We both preferred the location of these woods and how part of the wood look liked a campsite, and much more suitable to film in on different occassions, and was the best for our short film, seeing as it was safer to access and quieter and overall more filming friendly.

Car Journeys
For the car journey, we just went on a drive around the country side near Henley-On-Thames, for they are again easy to access during and after college seeing as Sarah and I will both be a Henley everyday of the week, the roads are also fairly quiet bringing back to my first point that we didnt want to feel rushed at any point on our filming and creating a sense of realism.

House
With the house, we decided to go to the front of Sarah's house, as it is closer and more convenient for us to film at, seeing as we would get any complaints from neighbours, also Sarah house is in a very quiet area therefore filming was much more easier to achieve and interruptions were much less likely.
